U.S. natural gas supply high
The natural gas supply is in great shape right now, and that's keeping prices down.
Charlie Higley of the Citizens Utility Board says he's not sure how long that will be the case, because it's very difficult to predict the future of the market. He says supplies are currently quite abundant, because of the fracking operations in parts of the U.S. He says they should remain high for the foreseeable future.
Higley says the number of companies trying to drill new natural gas wells is falling, because the high supply is driving down prices.
