Bond set at $1 mil in police officer's murder
Prosecutors say the husband of a Wauwatosa police officer killed her earlier this week, while she was on duty.
30-year-old Benjamin Sebena is in custody on a $1 million bond, after he made his first court appearance yesterday afternoon. He's charged with first-degree intentional homicide, in the shooting death of 30-year-old Officer Jennifer Sebena.
Her body was found outside the city's fire department on the morning of Christmas Eve. Her fellow officers went looking for her, after she didn't answer radio calls.
Her husband is a former Marine, and he served two tours in Iraq. He was wounded in a mortar attack, in 2005.
