Van Hollen to focus on child trafficking
The state's attorney general says going after child
sex traffickers is among his top priorities in 2013.
Republican J.B. Van Hollen says is asking for nearly $1 million, over the next two years, to combat the problem. He would use some of the money to hire three special agents and two criminal analysts.
Van Hollen also wants to provide more training for police, prosecutors, and victim witness coordinators.
