Fiscal cliff changes won't impact many
Congress reached a deal to keep the country from going over the so-called fiscal cliff, but most of us will barely notice. That's according to UW-Green Bay political science professor Michael Kraft.
Kraft says seniors will see a boost in the social security tax, to 6.2 percent. He says that's something that both parties supported.
Kraft says the deal means the country won't be thrown back into a recession, but there are still a lot of fiscal issues to work out. He says the next fight in Congress will likely be over the government's borrowing limit.
