Five run for 2 Appleton school board spots

Two seats on the Appleton school board are up for grabs this spring, and five candidates are running for them.

Incumbent Julie Baker is seeking another term, but Jeff Knezel is not. Jim Bowman, John DeVantier, Gypsy Vered Meltzer, and Elizabeth Panzer are the other four candidates.

There will be a primary next month to narrow the field to four candidates.
