WDC: Change way justices picked
The state is facing another expensive Supreme Court election this spring, and the head of a government watchdog group says lawmakers should consider changing the selection process.
Mike McCabe of the Wisconsin Democracy Campaign says he perfers a merit system, with an independent panel of legal experts making the pick.
