Gun control likely not a topic in 'State of State'
Governors in Colorado, New York, and Connecticut have
used their "state of the state" messages to call for tougher gun control.
Governor Walker will deliver his annual address tomorrow night, and he doesn't plan on following suit. He says there's much more to the issue of mass shootings, including what leads a person to carry them out, and what can be done to prevent them.
The governor says he plans to include proposals in the next state budget, for tracking people who are under a restraining order.
His address is tomorrow night, and WHBY will replay it, at 9 a.m. Wednesday.
