Brillion boy was victim of fatal crash

The State Patrol says a Brillion boy was the teenager killed in an accident in Manitowoc County on Monday afternoon.

Investigators say 16-year-old Kollin Heimke ran a stop sign with his car, and hit a milk truck. The accident happened around 3:30 p.m., at Highway J and San Road. They say Heimke was wearing a seatbelt.

A 47-year-old Chilton man was driving the milk truck, and he was taken to Theda Clark Medical Center, with non life-threatening injuries.
