Gov. Walker pursing school choice expansion

He says it's something he's considering. The state's voucher program is currently in place in Milwaukee and Racine. A push to expand it elsewhere, failed last year. The governor says he wants to give parents and students a choice.
Walker says he's still working on the details of how an expansion could work. He says he could base it on local interest, school report cards, or just propose an outright expansion.
