Cold snap coming to Fox Valley
The coldest weather since the winter of 2009 and 2010 is coming to northeast Wisconsin this weekend.
Meteorologist Jeff Last of the National Weather Service in Green Bay says the mercury will plummet, starting on Sunday. He says Monday will likely be the coldest day, with the high around zero, and wind chills well below zero. Last says the overnight lows on Sunday and Monday nights could reach 10 below.
Last says the cold weather will likely shock some people, but it's very normal for a Wisconsin winter.
We should have one more day of relatively mild weather. The high tomorrow is in the mid-to-upper 30s.
