RR Donnelley closing Greenville facility
A printing company is closing a Greenville facility this spring.
RR Donnelley filed a notice yesterday with the state department of workforce development that it's shutting down its printing operation in the Greenville Business Park, along Wisconsin Avenue.
The move will cost 47 people their job. The plant will close on April 26.
The Banta Corporation used to run the facility, until RR Donnelley bought the company in the fall of 2006. Since then, RR Donnelley also closed a former Banta book printing and bindery factory, in Menasha, in 2011.
The state will work with the Greenville employees to connect them with resources, to help them find a new job.
