Massage therapist to stand trial
A former massage therapist is waiving his right to
a preliminary hearing, on accusations that he touched two customers, inappropriately.
41-year-old James Storm was in Outagamie County court this morning. Judge Mark McGinnis ordered him to stand trial on two felony counts of third-degree sexual assault, and two misdemeanors for fourth-degree sexual assault.
Storm owned Mind, Body, and Spirit on Lawe Street in Appleton.
A 16-year-old girl and a woman came forward with allegations, last year.
Storm is free on a $10,000 bond, and he'll be back in court next month, for an arraignment.
