Temperatures to swing wildly
Enjoy the spring-like temperatures while they last, 
because we're about to go back into an arctic chill.
That's according to Meteorologist Jeff Last of the National Weather Service in Green Bay. He says while we'll approach the 50-degree mark today, wind chills will be well below zero by Thursday morning.
Last says that kind of swing is unusual for a normal winter, but not this year.
Last says we could also get a couple inches of snow tomorrow.
