Ribble weighs in on immigration bill
A local lawmaker isn't sure if he'll support an immigration bill 
proposed by some U.S. Senators this week.
Congressman Reid Ribble says he hasn't read the bill yet. The Sherwood Republican says he wants to make sure it does an adequate job of securing the border, reforming laws, and deciding what to do with people who illegally come here.
Ribble says he wouldn't support a bill that includes amnesty.
The bipartisan proposal would offer a path to citizenship, for illegal immigrants that are already here. It would also increase border security, and punish companies that hire illegal immigrants.
