Museum's da Vinci exhibit closes soon
Time is running out for people to check out an exhibit in downtown Appleton.
"Leonardo da Vinci: Machines in Motion" will leave the History Museum at the Castle, after the museum closes late Sunday afternoon.
Executive director Terry Bergen says they've had record crowds over the last few weeks.
The exhibit includes 40 machines that were built, using da Vinci's designs, and visitors can operate many of them by hand.
The museum hosted a "Arrivederci, Leonardo" celebration last night, and Bergen says the crowd was much larger than they had anticipated.
The museum is open today, tomorrow, and Sunday.
