LGBT chamber hosts party in Appleton
A new business group that supports LGBT companies is hoping to generate interest in northeast Wisconsin.
The Wisconsin LGBT Chamber of Commerce hosted a launch party last night, in Appleton.
Executive director Jason Rae says chamber members can be LGBT owned businesses, supportive companies, and professionals.
The Milwaukee-based group was founded last September.
Appleton was the second city in the state to have a launch party, and Rae says they hope to eventually hold them in all parts of the state.
