Gov. Walker to announce Medicaid decision

The governor declined to say yesterday, whether a report claiming that he'll turn down federal money to expand Medicaid programs was true. Walker offered few early details of his plans, but says he wants to reduce reliance on government aid.
Outagamie County Executive Tom Nelson says he hopes Gov. Walker chooses to accept the federal money, because expanding programs like BadgerCare would help a lot of people.
The governor is expected to announce his decision during a meeting this afternoon.
