3 arrests made in Plamann murder case
Outagamie County authorities say three people are in custody, in connection with a more than five-year-old murder case, in Greenville.
They're not revealing why investigators are moving on the Lara Plamann case now, but they made the arrests Thursday and Friday.
The 30-year-old Plamann was found dead in October of 2007, in a building next to her home on W. Wisconsin Avenue.
Plamann's former partner, and a long-time suspect, 53-year-old Dianna Siveny of Appleton, is one of the three in custody. Siveny's 34-year-old daughter, Kandi, and 38-year-old Rosie Campbell are the others. They live in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Capt. Mike Jobe talked about the arrests Friday afternoon, but he wouldn't release any details. He says they don't want to jeopardize the work of investigators, and the district attorney's office.
Dianna Siveny will make her first court appearance on Monday morning. Jobe wouldn't reveal where the other two suspects are being held.
