Campbell in court for Plamann murder
The last of three suspects in a Greenville murder
made her first appearance in Outagamie County court.
Court records say 38-year-old Rosie Campbell admitted that she saw Kandi Siveny shoot and kill Lara Plamann, in October of 2007.
Campbell is from Minnesota, and she was in court yesterday afternoon, for an initial appearance.
34-year-old Kandi Siveny, and her 53-year-old mother Dianna, are charged with Campbell, with first-degree intentional homicide. Plamann was found dead in a large shed, outside of her home on W. Wisconsin Avenue.
Prosecutors believe Plamann was killed because Dianna Siveny thought Plamann had been cheating on her.
Campbell will be back in court for a preliminary hearing on May 1. Prosecutors are handling the case against the Siveny's together, and their preliminary hearing is set for March 25.
