G.B. police seek arson charge

Green Bay police want to charge a 53-year-old man with arson, for a small fire at a Green Bay business.

Police were called to the Dollar Lane store in the 1000 block of N. Irwin Avenue, around 7:15 p.m. yesterday.

Lt. Kevin Warych says James Parrish dumped a liquid on the register, and started it on fire. He says officers arrested Parrish, as he was walking away from the store.

The business is the former Beach Road Liquor store.

The fire caused about $10,000 in damage.
