G.B. police look for tips in hit-and-run

Green Bay police are asking the public to help them solve a two-year-old hit-and-run case.

41-year-old Thomas Counard was riding his bike, when he was killed on February 16, 2011.

Lt. Kevin Warych says a driver hit him in the 1500 block of Elm Street. He says investigators need tips to solve the case, and they're confident that someone in the community knows who did it.

Counard was found unconscious in the road, and he was later pronounced dead.

Warych says people can provide tips anonymously on the Crimestoppers line.
