A.G. won't seek stay on bargaining law
Wisconsin's attorney general says he won't ask the state
Supreme Court to delay a judge's decision on the collective bargaining law.
An appeals court denied his request for a stay, earlier this week. Instead, Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen says he'll focus on a case that's pending before an appeals court.
A Dane County judge, last year, overturned parts of the law for school and local government workers. Van Hollen says he's confident the entire law will be reinstated.
