Design firm in place for Appleton skate park
The design of the proposed Appleton
skateboard park will start taking shape.
The city council unanimously approved a contract with a firm that will come up with options for the project at Telulah Park.
Ald. Chris Croatt says supporters have been waiting for the park to become a reality.
A private group called "Friends of Appleton Skate Park" is raising money to help pay for the project. The design firm is based in California.
