People who know me know that I don't swear much, especially at work. Today I'll have the story about how you people with the *&^%$ loud mouths in the @#$%^ workplace may just be hurting your careers. What U.S. city does the most swearing at work?

Also on the Thursday show, our lack of satisfaction with the hotels we stay in.

I don't 'get' lobster

I don't 'get' lobster. Never have.
I know a lot of people consider lobster to be a 'special' meal.

But I ask, what's so special about this?

It looks creepy.

It's a lot of work for little reward to me anyway.

Take away the butter and what's left? A meal that, the few times I have had it, leaves me still hungry!

I bring it up today on the show because of a story about a rather large lobster named "Larry" that has had a rather interesting turn of events at a restaurant.

Also Wednesday we'll be live from the EAA AirVenture, have some fun facts during our PhilCast Olympic update and hear another episode of "As the Ring Turns" to find out if Reggie has even bothered yet to start seriously looking for his lost wedding ring.

Taking stock in the Packers

Never before has a piece of paper both meant so much and so little at the same time.

I guess it all depends on how big a fan of the Green Bay Packers you are.

Have one of these on your wall and you are an owner of an NFL team....sorta.

At least it gives you the right to attend the annual shareholders meeting at Lambeau, which is taking place today.

We'll talk more about it on the show Tuesday. We'll also talk about the new sponsor of this season's Super Bowl halftime show. Sure it's only the middle of summer, but camp opens this week and in my humble opinion it's never too early to talk a little PACK!

A crazy story about the government missing the mark when it comes to trying to tax a family for a piece of art that is basically worthless.

Plus, live updates on AirVenture and the search for Reggie's missing wedding ring.

A new week

Off to the start of a new week with the same old heat it appears.
On the Monday show we'll kick off our week long reports from AirVenture live with the newsroom at the EAA. Each PhilCast this week will start off with a live report from there.

"Howz Yer Weekend?" in the 3:00 hour today also. Mine was relaxing and pretty good overall. I'll tell you why. Call in and share something from your weekend. Anybody do the Appleton Old Car Show that can give me a report?

At 4:30-ish we wrap up the Tour de France with a final recap and award the prizes to the Pick the Podium contest winners too.
