Worm Grunters

Turns out I'm not the only one with memories of using a primitive worm rod device to catch night crawlers.

Several PhilCast Family members contacted me after Monday's show about their parents or grandparents having something similar rigged up to use.

Also, our crack research department, a.k.a. listener Lori in Fond du Lac, sent me a link to a video story all about another method of catching fishing bait; Worm Grunters!

I'll play the piece today on the show.

The guy sounds hilarious. I do believe I've got the next goofy reality TV show all ready to go!
