One month away
One month from today. It all begins one month from today.
What?
Hint.
Yup, the Olympics.
They dropped down the official rings over the river today signaling that London is indeed ready to go one month out.
Of course this means I'll have to do another PhilCast Olympic Update, Brought to You Byyyy.... (insert company name here).
I'm really kinda baffled as to why no company has jumped on board to be the 'official' sponsor of these segments. Although I don't like the summer games as much as the winter games I will still be talking about the Olympics each day that they are taking place.
I wish the world could get along like the athletes every couple of years out there in the real world, but I guess that is too much to ask. That's part of what I like about the Olympics. All the fighting is put aside for just a bit and it becomes about the love of the sport.
