Time to move on
Florida aside (big surprise) things went pretty smoothly and we had a president elected before bedtime last night. I'm glad it didn't drag on as I feared it might have.
My idea for a newspaper headline this morning would have been:
Obama Ogain
And as for Tammy Baldwin...
Had it been me I would have walked to the podium and started my acceptance speech by saying, "SENATOR Tammy Baldwin? Yer damn right!"
The crowd would have gone nuts. That commercial, geez that commercial. Well it's all over now and six billion campaign dollars later we can go back to being mad about gas prices and stuff like that.
