I made the ReciPIPPA the Week
Part of my weekend was making the 'ReciPIPPA the Week' from Pippa on Friday.
Here are the slo-cooker stuffed chicken rolls ready to come out of the pot.
There's a little prep work to get everything ready, but the payoff was a great smell throughout the house while we were taking down the Christmas tree on Sunday.
Here is my plate. Ham and Swiss melted inside that seasoned chicken breast was all very tasty.
Now I admit, I had three of these bad boys. But to my credit, since we are after all now in "Weigh-In-Wednesday" time of year, the only side dish I had was a fresh salad.
