Assignment Fox Cities

State Representative John Nygren of Marinette knows how painful it is to
have a loved one hooked on heroin.  He and his family have  been on that
journey for nearly a decade.
Despite that pain, Mr. Nygren shares details of that journey in a 22
minute Q&A .  It's personal, painful and powerful.  At the same time,
Representative Nygren is shepherding the "Good Samaritan" bill through
the legislative process.
