The housing numbers across Wisconsin for last month were flat.
The Wisconsin Realtors Association says there were over 6,700 closings, and the total was two fewer than October of last year.
President Mike Theo says sales were down nearly two percent in the northeast region.
Sales are up over five percent, for the year, in the region. The rate is a half-percent higher than the state average.
The statewide median price was up 6-1/2 percent last month, to $165,000. It climbed almost four percent in the northeast region, to $143,000.
