President Trump signed a "Buy American" executive order, during a stop in southeast Wisconsin yesterday.
He went to the corporate headquarters of Snap-on Tools in Kenosha. Trump says the order sends a powerful signal to the world that the U.S. will defend its workers, protect jobs, and put America first.
Trump also says he'll order federal agencies to look at tightening a temporary visa program. It's used to bring high-skilled foreign workers to the U.S.
And he says he'll work to help Wisconsin dairy farmers that are being impacted by a trade dispute with Canada.
