Two people are facing charges, after two handguns were found in a car in the parking lot of Appleton East high school last week.
Twenty-one-year-old Blong Vang of Wausau and 17-year-old Tou Thao of Weston were in Outagamie County court yesterday. They're both charged with one felony count of conspiracy to commit child abuse.
Police say the guns were in Vang's car, and he faces another felony charge for that.
They say a school resource officer saw the two in a hallway, and questioned them. Police say they were looking to retaliate against a specific student.
