Johnson wants to debate health care bill
1 0

After taking a stance against the first health care proposal in the U.S. Senate, a Republican from Oshkosh says he plans to support a procedural move to debate the latest one.

U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson says it would put the country in a better position. He says he still has some issues, though. He says the proposal doesn't address the causes of the skyrocketing health care premiums people have to pay.

Johnson says they need to phase out the expansion of Medicaid that was included in former President Obama's health care reform law.
