A nature-based 4-K program in the Green Bay area is set to double in size this year.
A new addition is expected to open soon at the Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary.
Project Manager Mike Reed says they’ve had a waiting list for a long time. He says they still help kids get ready for kindergarten, but they do it in nature, which is more exciting for the students.
Reed says they’re going to double their size to 80 kids a year thanks to the expansion. He says they have room for 120 if there’s enough demand. Reed says they’ll also be able to hold events like weddings and meetings in the new space.
