A project along I-41 in the Fox Cities is done.
One lane in both directions was shut down in the Grand Chute, so crews could put in concrete barricades along the sides of two bridges.
DOT spokesman Mark Kantola says they were able to get it done six days earlier than planned, because there was less traffic during the “safer at home” order.
The bridges are over Gillett Street, and a set of railroad tracks.
The DOT started the project in mid-April.
