Brown County 2023 budget offers lowest tax rate since 1984

GREEN BAY, WI — Property taxes will drop in Brown County in 2023. The Brown County Board of Supervisors Thursday approve County Executive Troy Streckenbach’s 2023 budget plan. That includes a 40-cent decrease in the mill rate from three-dollars-72 cents per thousand dollars of assessed value to three-dollars-32 cents.
