Apartments and businesses could be going on the site of the former Brin Building in downtown Menasha.
The building was torn down last year after a fire.
Grant Fisk of RF Development says they’re planning a four-story building at the corner of Main Street, and a three-story one along Tayco Street. There would be commercial space on the first-floor of the four-story building, with apartments above that. The three-story one would be all apartments.
Fisk says they could build a third building for a stand-alone restaurant or other business, near the water.
The development could have an overall value of $10 million.
There would be 40 underground parking spots and 50 surface ones.
The city council looked at the proposal last night.
