The housing market improved a little bit last month after a tough January.
Economist David Clark of the Wisconsin Realtors Association has the numbers for February. He says sales were up about 1.2 percent, and median prices were up about 6.1 percent.
Clark says there’s plenty of demand and that’s why the statewide median price is $175,000. In the northeast region sales were down one percent. The median price climbed by more than seven percent to $159,000.
