HOWARD, Wis–The Brown County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a burglary at a village of Howard business. Someone stole the heating and cooling components from a business in the 900-block of North Military Avenue early in the morning of October 11th. More than $45,000 worth fans, copper and aluminum were taken from the building.
Surveillance video from the scene shows a man on a bicycle pulling a baby trailer enter the parking lot at 12:15 a-m–and then leaving just before one a-m. The same man on a bike returned at 2:30 that afternoon.
