Five unions and a Democratic lawmaker are filing another lawsuit over the lame-duck session that Majority Republicans held last December.
The groups and Sen. Janet Bewley of Mason, in northwest Wisconsin, argue the laws violate the separation of powers in the state constitution. Republicans stripped some power from Governor Evers and Attorney General Josh Kaul before the two were sworn in.
The League of Women Voters filed a lawsuit last month. A federal judge already struck down provisions to limit early voting.
