While Majority Democrats in Washington D.C. try to gather enough support for health care reforms, a Fond du Lac Republican says people don't trust the current Congress to make the right changes.
Congressman Tom Petri says after watching the national debate for the past year, many don't think it's a good idea to hand over more control to the government.
Petri is seeking a simpler approach, like expanding health savings accounts and catastrophic coverage.
He spoke yesterday afternoon on the floor of the House. |
