The Kimberly-Clark Corporation in Neenah is one of only five companies in the state to win the "gold" award, in the governor's worksite wellness program.
Tom Fariss is Kimberly-Clark's medical director. He says they've had an extensive company wellness program since 1977.
Fariss says not everyone participates in the program, but those who do, usually see positive results.
The state evaluated company wellness programs by the level of health education, screening and prevention, and physical activity that they provide, among other factors. |
