News » Survey finds most aren't committed to their job
Feb. 2, 2010 Less than 45 percent of workers are fully committed to their job, or their employer, according to a new survey. The Milwaukee-based Right Management polled employees throughout the Midwest.
Lynn Clement is a spokeswoman for the firm, and she says they were surprised that the figure was that low.
She says a lot of companies asked workers to do more with less during the recession.. Clement says it's important for senior management to talk to their employees about their career goals and how they can work together to reach them. |
