News » Number of women drivers catching up to men

Feb. 5, 2010
Women are catching up with men when it comes to the number of licensed drivers in Wisconsin.

Reggie Paradowski is with the department of motor vehicles. He says the latest count shows that there still are more men, but it's getting closer. He says there are just 13,000 fewer females than males with drivers licenses in the state.

A year ago, there were 19,000 more men than women on the roads.
