Ashwaubenon police are ticketing a 21-year-old Seymour woman in connection with a fatal crash in July.
17-year-old Adam DeGrave was on a moped, and authorities say Deanne Fillipiak turned in front of DeGrave.
Lt. Jody Crocker is with the Ashwaubenon department of public safety, and he says their investigation shows that Fillipiak didn't yield while she was trying to get onto Highway 172 from Packerland Drive. DeGrave died at a Green Bay hospital.
Police issued the citation to Fillipiak for failing to yield. She could appear in municipal court late next month. |
