Blue Cross Blue Shield plans to lay off more than 100 employees in northeast Wisconsin.

The insurance provider filed notice with the state yesterday that it may lay off 111 workers when it closes its offices on Hansen Road and Vernon Drive in Green Bay.

The layoffs would happen in April and May of this year, and Jan. 1 of next year.
