A former nurse at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Appleton and Riverside Medical Center in Waupaca is losing her nursing license.
The state board of nursing is revoking Kristin Carlson's license, after investigators found that she stole prescription drugs.
They say she took more than 40 syringes of Demerol from St. Elizabeth's back in 2007. She worked in Waupaca before that, and she's accused of stealing morphine there. |
