News » Two men killed in Greenville crash
Aug. 30, 2010 Two men were killed when a car left a road in the town of Greenville last night and flipped end-over-end in a cornfield.
Cpt. Mike Jobe of the Outagamie County sheriff's department says the vehicle left Spring Road at North Road around 10:30 p.m. He says three men were in the car.
The men who were killed were 32-year-old Jason Hosmer of the Greenville area and 30-year-old Kevin Foate of Menasha.
Jobe says their bodies were found in the cornfield and they were pronounced dead at the scene.
The lone survivor is from Appleton, and he is also in his 30's. Jobe says he walked to a nearby house to get help.
The men were golfing earlier in the evening. Authorities say they believe alcohol was a factor in the accident. |
