Sheboygan's police chief says an officer shot and killed a man during a traffic stop earlier today.
Chief Christopher Domagalski says the driver got out of his car around 1 a.m., with his hand behind his back, and he refused the officer's orders. He says after the officer used a Taser, the 52-year-old man pulled out a handgun and threatened the officer. He says the officer then shot the man twice.
Domagalski says the 30-year-old officer is a seven-year veteran of the department. |
