News » Crash victim was Hortonville high school student
Feb. 3, 2010 The 17-year-old driver who was killed in last night's crash on Hwy. 15 was a student at Hortonville high school.
Kylee Hyde collided with another vehicle around 10 p.m., near Julius Road in the town of Greenville.
Hortonville high school principal Bob McIntosh says Hyde was well-liked by students and staff. He says she was outgoing and always seemed to have a smile on her face.
McIntosh says counselors from Hortonville and surrounding districts are available for students and teachers.
The other driver was taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Outagamie County authorities say slippery road conditions played a role in the accident. |
